3 best skincare tips

Picture
Welcome ladies to our 2nd Health & Beauty post! Today I am going to be discussing how to keep our largest organ healthy: the skin. You might not have known that the skin is considered an organ, but it totally is. In fact, without your skin the rest of your body would be so unhealthy. Here is a quick list of all the jobs that your skin does.

It helps you........

* Detox
* Regulate your temperature
* Protect your body from water, dirt, bugs, germs and other unwanted things
* Hold your body together
* Touch and feel
* With vitamin production

Those are some really important jobs! Follow my suggestions below to take care of your skin. It deserves it because it takes care of you!

1. Moisturize
Since your skin is constantly exposed to air it is constantly drying out. Get some good lotion and apply a generous helping to your skin after you shower. You may need to moisturize more often in the winter and on your hands and elbows.

2. Nourish
Help your skin stay healthy by giving it the vitamins in needs. Adding lemon juice to your water and staying in sunlight (but not long enough to get burnt) are two good ways to nourish your skin.

3. Protect
One way that your skin gets damaged it by harmful sun rays. Always apply lots of sunscreen to all exposed skin on sunny days. Don’t forget your face and any parts in your hair!

Note: Talk to your parents and doctors about lotion, sunscreen, and any other skin care you want to try
