Ok, so maybe I’m dramatizing a little bit, but how would you like to be someone’s transportation all day long? Our feet get thoroughly abused. They are the first to feel bumps, to get cut, to get wore out, and they are last to get cared for. Give your feet some TLC with my tips on how to have beautiful feet. Rub! Grab a loofa and a special rock for callouses (you can find them in the beauty aisle) and get rubbing. Gently rub your heel and any other rough places. Be careful to not aggravate your skin. You just want to remove any dead skin cells on the surface. Trim! Sometimes toenails can get a little beastly, so be sure to trim them as often as needed. When toenails are neglected they can become painful and in-grown. After you trim your nails, take your nail trimmers and carefully clip the hair on your big toes. That hair can get crazy if unkept just like any other hair on your body. Moisturize! After your shower, grab a generous glob of lotion and apply a thick layer to your feet. Rub the lotion in thoroughly or until completely absorbed. If your feet are extremely dry, you can buy specialty foot lotion that might help a little better than body lotion. Beautify! Even though nobody will see your feet under your fuzzy winter socks, it still feels good to know that your feet look pretty. Paint your toenails with a pretty color or design, then seal it with coat of clear polish. I hope your feet feel happy and healthy! Make my tips a part of your daily routine, or do them as needed. -B
